Exclamation Homemade 20B possible?

So since I'm a broke a$$ teenager, i can't a afford an actual 20B. So is it possible to do a "backyard" 20B made out of 13B's, yes I've realized i need a 20B manifold, headers, oil pan, eshaft etc. I just wanna know if it is possible. Thanks! -Qahu

You're going to need a "fat" center plate and eccentric shaft. Yes. This has been done plenty of times

honestly slapping 3 housings together is going to be the cheapest part of the build.

still going to be expensive for a broke a$$ teenager. at least use 20b rotor housings. no use having 3 rotors if people look at the engine and see 13b on the housings.

Possible? Yes
Cheaper than just buying a complete used engine? No
Something that a broke person can afford? Hell No

The best bang for the buck is to keep your eyes open for a Turbo II in which somebody else dumped a lot of time and money into it and is now selling it for whatever reason. You can typically pick up a nice 250-400hp Turbo II for $4,000-$8,000, which is usually 1/2 to 1/4 the money that the previous owner spent on it.

The worst bang for the buck is to start with a turd and have the delusion that you can polish it into a show car for cheap.

I wanna thank you guys for the input and info, i really appreciate it, I am currently in the process of doing a TII swap, but I was curious if its possible and if it'll be cheaper to do a homemade 20B, because I would want to do a 3 Rotor FC (which is my dream setup) but i guess I'll start saving my pennies for an actual 20B lol

what are Pennies?...(Canada no longer has a one cent coin in circulation).
Up here we get weighed down with Coins!.
I just toss it in a bottle and cash it in once in a while.
I cashed in almost 500 bucks the last time..!..and just bought a compressor!
