High idle after changing air filter, sparkplugs + wires and battery

Hello

I have a 1990 NA, my car used to idle at around the line right above 0, or around 750 ... but after changing the air filter, battery and sparkplugs (and the wires) it idle at around 1000 ...

The battery cluster shows that its at between the line from 12 to the line before the highest one

Help ?

You probably created a vacuum leak. Is the black intake tube tight to both the throttle body and AFM?

DO NOT just go turning screws. They don't suddenly come out of adjustment. Something else is wrong.

But when i turn on the headlight and step on brake pedal, the rpm will go down a bit, why is that ?
and when i turn on this the rpm also goes down

when i turn on everything and step on the brake pedal, the rpm will go down to around 700.

hmm so its time for a new BAC valve.
shouldn't be too hard to install it eh ? just have to remove the intake tube, and then it should be easy after that .

First clean the BAC valve before you replace it.
