Hi there, Also some Questions?

i just bought i 93 rx-7 tt i love it it does need a lil work the first thing i wonder is the engine code ?? the second is what kind of oil it takes ??and i need to fix my gauges the rpm coolant temp the oil temp dont work ??? and if anyone near bristol county mass area let me kno need to meet someone with another one of these cars

Rx7_Nut13B:

Engine Code 13B-REW
Oil 10-30 thru 20-50 ( I use 20-50)
Check fuses for the gauges, coolant temp is your most important gauge, maybe consider a aftermarket gauge as well.

The 1993 manual recommends 5W-30 for temps -25F to about 35F & 10W-30 for -15F to 120F+. High quality synthetics can be used as well as conventional.

160F is below thermostat temperature & fan temp, but in Mass. during winter, that sounds normal to me.
