hey need some information

I have a 1991 Rx-7 in my driveway. I love this car. It has sat for a year due to "problems." Namely, the idle revs up and down. All the time. It drives me crazy. Other than that I would love to drive the car. It has a resonator exhaust system on it...can hear it at least 3 miles away...

The car needs detail work, transmission bearings (trans drives fine) because it vibrates, probably fuel injector work (but it drives OK going to work) and I just need to know who to send it to. I don't want to send it to the junk yard. It looks great! So hopefully someone can help me. I like driving my BMW but its not "fun" like that Rx-7! They are two different universes. Truth be told I love the Rx-7 better.

more info, please. about the car's issues, specifically. We can't do much for you with what you've given us. what RPM range? any mods besides the exhaust? whats it like when you start the engine? post a video for us, and list your modifications.

the idle reving up and down could be that ur tps is out of adjustment or just bad. usually if its too tight it will bounce. does it go ruuumm bahh ruummm baah rumm baah ? like pulsing up n down a couple hundred rpms?

many times the constant revving is due to a vacuum leak. check for those in the intake post throttle body.
