WY Hey guys, still a little hazy on swap

hey guys,
this is my first rx7 and of course all my friends are hating on it saying its junk and will never run, it will blow up in 5000 miles bla bla bla, screw them, but anyways back to the point...

i bought an 88 gxl Na for $750, its coming with the original s4 engine and an S5 TII engine and tranny, from japan. its coming with the driveshaft that bolts the TII tranny to the diff, tokico shocks and springs, a grounding system, and an r magic S5 TII ecu.

i have been searching alot on the s4 to s5TII swap, so from what i understand i have the right clutch/flywheel and slave cause of the tranny already mated, the driveshaft to match up to the na rear diff, the mounts i believe are no different, so thus far the engine will bolt in and be mechanically sound theoretically, correct?

next question is of course wiring...
i have that s5 TII r magic ecu, but the s4 harness plugs that go into the ecu are completely different, i can visually see that looking at the 2. i read i can trick an s4 TII ecu into thinking the S5 TII engine is an s4 TII engine, but what all exactly does that include swapping? and then i would still need to buy an s4TII ecu...

final question i promise, i am still a little hazy on the HALTECH PLATINUM SPORT 1000 fully terminated harness found on mazdatrix. will this harness run the S5 TII engine in an S4 car? i understand its a full plug and play plug in harness but [B]would i have to specify the engine is an s5 when ordering it?B] on the site it says to be used with haltech sensors, what sensors? like a MAP sensor and haltechs wideband O2? does the harness use all the stock sensors just fine or do i have to go MAP cause its an S5 engine and i have the s4 maf? clarification on all this would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

see Chris Ludwig about any Haltech concerns,He sells them at www.lms-efi.com .He is a vendor here on forum.
The Haltech doesn't need your s4 electricals to run the S5 engine,as it is a standalone.,you wire the engine to the harness, not the other way around.
