i got a turbo 2 s5 and im in some problems after replaceing the turbo i need some advice

i just bought an fc turbo to witch a top mount intercooler swaped to a front mount intercooler the turbo seals were blown and i put in a new one kind of.... i got a turbo t04 60 trim.. and i took off the compressor side and put it on my turbine side because the turbine side on the new turbo would not bolt up to the manifold and im realllly low on money well i bent the shaft a tad bit with out relizing it and when i started up it seemed fine till i hit boost i can here the fan scraping the wall well i was wondering if i can just pull the shaft out the turbo and replace it because i have another shaft.. with out pulling the turbo or do u thing its messed up? if so let me know and if that im looking for a new turbo stock... if anyone has one in good shape just from swapping if they can sell me i would really appreciate it i dont know if im aloud to post my number but if anyone has any info for me you can email me at littlejeremy@juno.com i barly use the computer but to check my mail and im new to the website i started one bout 2 years agio but never got on it because i didnt have time.. help!

First of all, you have likely damaged at least the compressor wheel, in addition to the shaft. And you can't just throw pieces together in the first place, the rotating assembly needs to be balanced professionally. Turbos spin at 100,000 - 150,000 RPM, so the tiniest problem will be magnified.
