CO Heres my FD story

I have a 95, first off it won't pass emissions, it is an auto w 55k. I got a waiver and drove it twice a week, for 3mo. And then, here are some symptons #1 noticed it wouldn't go to fast idle when started anymore,#2, 3 or 4 wks later tried to start, no power replaced battery it started #3, 2 days later tried to start engine, it turned only no indication of firring. I'm not sure how to test for spark or gas. I know it has lo compression and probably would require another or rebuilt engine, Dose this sound familiar to anyone? Any and all info would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Mark

Letting a flooded engine sit works for piston engines, but not rotaries. If you dig around you can find many effective procedures for unflooding your car.

Is this a continued problem? Could it be the main fuel relay?
