Help!!!!!!!!!S5 runs Terrible..Codes. P?..what?
I'm having a very bad situation.
There are something wrong with my 91 NA rx7.
The only thing I did was I went to 5000rpm(temp gauge shows not even half range) this morning, then turned off the car. So when I started my car tonight to go for dinner,it sounded strange
It sounds very loud and weird. Now, when I start driving the car it wont idle. When I release the gas pedal it would die...and sometime it would idle but the whole car just keeps shaking. Everything!,engine, shifter, header, mid pip.all shaking like crap.
So I cant drive it to anywhere.
I tried to pull out the codes but it shows PPPPPPPP(pause 2sec) all the time.
Plz help!!!!

Read the above^
I personally have never seen a "PPPPPPPP" code (then again I don't usually work with OBD I vehicles so I don't know if they throw other codes or if I'm just blanking.) However, I do know that Vacuum leaks are common so either a smoke machine at a local shop can help you there or a guy with a propan torch (see above post for more info). Be sure to run a spark test and compression test as well. Check to see if your plugs are foulled out. Look at your exhaust (smoke?), coolant level (leaking?), and oil level. And be sure to check your gauges and sensors for any frays, knicks, or loose connections.
Also, the more specific you are in what happened the last time it ran to now, as well as your current setup, the better those more experienced with the problem will be able to help you.
