Help RX7 problem

Why would my RX7 be shooting blue smoke on start up. is it just a rotary thing or is something wrong

"Burning" oil is definitely a rotary thing.
Oil is injected for the apex seals.
Check the owners manual for typical oil usage.
If the cats are removed it might show blue easier.
