help purchasing an 86 fc?

hey you guys im thinking about purchasing a 86 rx7 gxl and the guy said it has 118,000 miles and it is in good condition. he also says that he as the factory and an electric fuel pump connected is that going to drain my gas quicker, and is it good for the engine? il need this car as a DD, the guys a mechanic and says this car is really good and should last. he purchased a new water pump and i had this preception that if the water pump is replaced the engine is no good? this will be my first rx7 and i want a good first expirence. thank you

I am not sure what you are saying about the fuel pump, unless you mean he has two fuel pumps hooked up? If so, I am not sure why you would do that on a N/A car, but I guess it wouldn't hurt.
Water pump is not an issue, unless the reason he is replacing it is that he overheated the engine, that would be bad. But, water pumps go bad with out overheating, so just ask him.

There is no reason to run two fuel pumps. By the mere fact that this guy would do something like that and that he is a "mechanic", you should be considering anything he says very suspicious after this point.

I want to know where he got 190 Hp the N/a 1986 produces 146 Hp at the flywheel there is no way he is getting 190 at the wheels with just an exhaust...

Good enough. Don't know what an "ultimate" battery is, and the electric fan is probably pointless. If the fan is wired wrong, it will be a major headache. The fan is probably also the reason the car has a new alternator.

Has stage two racing clutch,
That will probably be a major pain to drive on the street, but it's hard to say because "stages" are a useless measurement.

"High performance gasoline lines"?! Ha ha ha...That's a good one. I'm going to use that quote from now on when I talk about BS mods.

The MSD fuel pump is a serious pump, and is probably increasing fuel pressure considerably. This will make the car run way too rich.

There is no way the car made 190 HP (220HP at the engine) to the wheels. None. Not a chance.

"Stripped of weight" probably means the interior is gone and it's a tin can. If you like driving around in a car that feels like it was pulled from a scrap heap, then it will save you the work of removing the stuff yourself. Personally, I like my car to not feel and look like a pile of junk.

Yea, the HP numbers are a total fabrication, there's no way he is running that kind of horsepower on a lightly modded N/A.
As far as the premixing goes, if he has never removed the OMP and doesn't know what you mean by premixing, it's no biggie. It's not like you have to premix with our cars. It's just an option.
I would take a look at it, but I would be extremely cautious, there is too much BS in his description.
