Help me identify this piece?

I noticed there was a couple frayed wires so I checked it out and the wires burnt off this piece. It is located just above the headers, behind the air pump. It's got a spring and a stopper type piece inside it. Luckily I had one out in the yard I was able to re-use.

Here is the new piece attatched to the motor.

This is where the wire clips into.

And this is what the old one looked like.

Thanks for your time. If you can't identify it can you lead me in the direction of somebody who may be able to?

When looking at the ACV, the Split Air Solenoid is at the lower left and the Port Air Solenoid is towards the top right of the ACV.
