NY help me buy my first RX7

sup guys i'm looking to buy an rx7 fd +93 but i'm not really sure how much they should go for. also i found two within the price range i'm looking for but they have some problem. I want to know if they are worth it here are the links to the craiglist URL:

1- http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/cto/1679893078.html
2- http://longisland.craigslist.org/cto/1660426255.html

I'm finding out if link 2 is twin turbo or not, but idk how much those parts cost nor how much i would have to pay in labor. i'm gonna start school for automotive in May but i don't know much about rotary engines. Please help me out

There should be threads if you search or an FAQ section at the top of the 3rd generation section.

By the way, link #2. Needing an apex seal means the engine is blown. So you are basically buying a rolling chassis for 8k
