Im from norway and we dont have that many good tuners for an rx7 and im wondering if someone here can help me with finding someone that can create a base map from specs.

There is a section for engine management from the main rx7club.com page. Scroll down a bit. There are many different EMS software, you will have to go to your specific section and see if anyone can upload their maps....

 

Depends on the ECU. There are extensive EMS forums that cover the most common ECUs. But a base map will only just get the car running. It will still need to be tuned on the street, dyno, or both.
