Question HELP am I missing something here? S5 N/A Throttle body related.

So I picked up a throttle body yesterday at a parts yard off of a 90 convertible my car is a 91 convertible I got it for the TPS sensors but when I got home and started looking at it it has a bar with an adjustment screw going from the first set of butterflies on top to the second set that mine does not have. It looks like this is the only thing that would open the first set of butterflies or is that the dashpot's job? The dashpot's are also different. So my question is. Is this piece missing from my TB?

If the image doesn't load here's a link with a picture of what i'm talking about. http://s1259.photobucket.com/albums/...ile%20Uploads/

The Dashpot is located on the rear of the throttle body. The device on the left front that is different is the Double Throttle Diaphragm which helps to keep closed the secondary set of plates until the engine warms up to a proper level. Look at how many hoses run to the larger device and see if there are one or two vacuum hose connections. I know on an S4 the automatics would have two hoses while sticks have but one.

It shouldn't be a turbo TB. The one sitting on top was pulled off a 90 n/a auto vert. My car is a 91 n/a 5 speed vert.
