my heater wont blow out any air and the problem just started out of nowhere one day it worked the next it didnt. Now when i go to turn the fan on it just ticks a couple times. i need to get this fixed soon since its starting to get cold outside.

An issue with the logicon or the blower motor would be my guess. The logicon can be opened up to look for cold solder joints, and the motor could be tested with direct power.
