Heat problem

Heat problem

So i just got my FC and the shift boot along with everything between the seats gets pretty warm(hot) after warm up is that normal?

The car is missing the exhaust heat shields, and probably the rubber boots that seal the shifter to the transmission tunnel. It's a common sign of a crappy job by a poor mechanic.

Or a lazy person who works on their own car.
