Has anyone mounted one of these in there fc's? They're all over ebay just search "fc intercooler" I got the intercooler w/o piping and i thought it was supposed to be an fmic but according to the piping in the picture in not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Most people are using something similar to that for a custom v-mount setup. If you're interested in a FMIC, you want something like this:

If you can fabricate, then yes, you could fairly easily build a V-mount for $400. Metal is cheap, as are welding supplies.
As for that intercooler, those inlets/outlets would require significant alteration of the rad supports to use, if they fit at all. Generally if you are going to do something custom it's better just to cut off the end tanks (or buy a core only) and build end tanks which place inlets/outlets where you want them.
