Hard to start

My car is really hard to start it might take a good min to start. but when it starts its fine an drives normal could this be that the fuel pump is going out

What car? I don't see any info.

Hard to start when? All the time, or only when cold? When hot?

Is it flooding?

Is the starter spinning at full speed, or does it sound weak? Battery charged?
