Gslse Electrical issues

Hi i have a short in my gslse which i narrowed down to a head fuse near the battery. It is a black fuse link inbetween two brown fuse links. I have a manual i downloaded but i am not 100% if i am reading it right. I want to know if anyone knows which system it controls/powers? Also i suck when it comes to electrical work(no tools). Is there any members in the SoCal/LA area that can help? or recommend any affordable shops(that are familiar to FI rotaryengines). Thanks
