GSL-SE RPM Bounces between 1500 and 3000 when weather temperatures around 55.

It does not happen all the time. Aggressive bouncing during winters in Florida state !? It sounds and feels like I was rising and cropping as I am getting ready to race.

Please Please help with tips to trouble shoot this issue.

Calibrate the TPS, test the BAC valve, and most importantly, fix any vacuum leaks.
