Of course. It's the best way to swap in a turbo motor since it requires the least rewiring.

You didn't specify a year of car, so for S4s you need to cut the wire at ecu pin 1R or wire it up to a knock control box. The knock box is pretty useless, so I ignored it. Next, extend the tps and BAC wires so they will reach the new locations. Last, if you're using an S4 turbocharger, run the wire from pin 2K (split air solenoid plug) to the twin-scroll solenoid. That's it.

S5s are even easier. The BAC wires are already long enough, so just extend the ones for the tps. Connect the 6PI solenoid plug to the turbo duty solenoid, and the VDI plug to the knock sensor (just 1 wire) and you're done.

ECU pin differences:
****************** S4 ***********************

1R: NA - P/S Switch, Turbo - Knock Sensor

2K: NA - Split Air Solenoid, Turbo - Twin-scroll Solenoid

3D: NA - Inhibitor Switch (AT only), Turbo - Fuel Resistor/Relay

****************** S5 ***********************

2M: NA - VDI Solenoid, Turbo - Knock Sensor

3R: NA - 6PI Solenoid, Turbo - Turbo duty Solenoid
