Is this a good deal??
Been in the market for a fd for a while now. My budget is about 22k, I found one that I thought I wanted but for a extra few bucks is this one worth it?

FYI,
*It's not an 'R' Model.
*It's missing a front lip, hopefully not the belly-pan as well.
*AFAIK there is no such thing as "MAZDASPEED SIDE SKIRTS". And those are definitely aftermarket...probably FRP.
*Looks like aftermarket front fenders as well. If the styling appeals to you, great. Just understand it won't for everyone.
*Ask for an independent compression check, or arrange to have one done on your dime.
*The engine at least, is highly modified. The more modified the less likely the Factory Service Manual is going to help you diagnose any issues. It will require someone with experience with a rotary and tuning.
*It's RHD. Since the arrival of the 25 year mark, these have become a hot item and prices seem to be on an upswing. I speculate that this MAY change over the next 5 years or so with numbers increasing and demand dropping. And like styling, RHD doesn't appeal to everyone here in North America.

I'm not sure where you're located, but I believe you can find similarly modified LHD FD's in the north east with owners asking for about that much (but not what you should pay generally). And those should be worth more.
If the interior and exterior of the car is perfect, it may be worth it, but I'd look for a RHD cars at your price point or LHD cars with fewer mods and lower miles.
