Good audio, stock looks?

Hi all,
This FD Rx7 is my absolute dream car, and I want to be able to love every aspect of it. It's hard to love the audio system though. Right now, the car has an aftermarket deck and speakers in the trunk, which isn't my style. I was wondering where stock speaker placement was, and what would be the best way to get decent quality audio without adding extra speakers in the back of the car. I can add extra speakers if it looks stock, as I'm fine with that, I was looking at the bose system, but it appears most people hate that, so... I have lots of experience with wiring and audio equipment, but not in this car. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on what I should do to keep the car looking stock yet have decent sound.

Great way to increase sound quality is 1 buy quality speakers and 2 use baffles when you install them. They are very affordable and help the speakers put out a lot more bass to give a more full sound
