getting my 88 rx-7 road worthy
so im new to rotary engines. I have aquired an 88 rx-7 soft top that has been sitting in storage for about 10 years. it was bought brand new, driven easy around town until 30,000 miles, then parked in a storage unit and has been there until now. I am going to try to get this thing back on the road. I know to flush the fuel system and obvious things like belts, hoses, plugs, and all fluids. what rotary specific things should i be looking for? im not expecting any major compnents to be bad since it only has 30k, but i may be wrong. any help would be awesome

You should check the intake, especially the AFM,air filter, etc for signs of any Rodents or bugs,or corrosion.
I just got a Vert that was parked 2 years ago.The afm was corroded so the flapper did not move at all,the Air pump was siezed solid, and the air filter was eaten by Mice!
Be patient and take your time to check it over, and you will be rewarded with a good runner!
