Which side is the fuel leaking from? Driver's side or passenger's side?

The two fuel lines go to the engine on the Driver's side just in front of the oil filter.
They cross over as hard lines to the passenger side and connect to the fuel rails.

Common problem is the Fuel Pulsation Dampener on the passenger's side. It looks like a little white or yellow cap. You can notice it if you stand in front of the car and look to the left of the alternator. It's below the manifolds.

i agree. i've also read that it's the cause of most engine fires.

First of all, don't drive the car. Pull the upper intake manifold and jump the yellow fuel pump test connector on the passenger shock tower. Turn the key to the 'ON' position, and the fuel rail will become pressurized. Find the leak and replace the hose, PD or whatever the source is.

probably just a bad rail itself (very rare) our more likely bad orings on the rear injector.

If it's leaking around the top of an injector, replace the o-rings and lower grommets at the same time. http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-6.htm. Middle of the page.
