Fuel on spark plugs...
I own an 86 N/A GXL. The car was running fine the night before and I came out to start it in the morning and it wouldn't start. I took out the spark plugs and theres fuel all over them. I dont understand what could be causing this, is the engine just flooded or is there something leaking? What should I do?
No, it cant be leaky injectors I just replaced them about 2 weeks ago. I tried replacing the spark plugs and that seemed to work. If it happens again I'm going to try the deflooding procedure and see if that's it.
I dont know the car seems to start after i take the plugs out and clean them off take the egi fuse out and then put it back after cranking it a few times but is there any other thing that can be causing fuel on the spark plugs?
