fuel injectors not firing

I have an 87 n/a with a 91 tii swapped in, the ecu is for the s5 engine and i have wired the body harness accordingly. the problem is that the injectors are not firing, i have put a noid light on one of the injectors and it lights up but it is not very bright. i have tested the injectors themselves and they work fine so im basically asking what would keep the injectors from firing?

Are you getting ignition?

Have you swapped to all the S5 sensors (AFM especially)?

The CAS wiring changes from S4 to S5. Did you account for that?

the plugs are firing, the entire engine is all S5 and the crank angle sensor is plugged into the correct plug ( there are 2 connectors and the spark plugs only fire with one of the connectors)
