IN front mount?

i have a 87 tii with a stock turbo a full three inch exhuast. in the future im going to be running a rtek 1.x havent really decided yet on the version and a safc 2. yes i will be running a wide band. but now leads me to my question would a fmic size 27x7x2.275 core size be a good idea and would it help me out im going to have 2.5 piping and a bov. i have seen many people fight over this issue so will only people that have done a fmic with stock turbo comment on this. and please help with with my set up. thanks

I'm a bit new but I would imagine that you should build your exhaust for the motor you WANT... I've heard arguments about backpressure and spooling and all that but that's why god made crappy chokey silencers.....go big you can always choke it ....or bribe it with twinkies

2.5 pipping fmic and 3 inch exhaust, gr8 mod for the stock turbo my buddy turbo ll is running daily with these same mods ,and hitting the track on the weekends.
