There are bolts holding it to the bumper. Look inside the wheel well towards the front of the car.

Move the inner fender liner at the front of the car.Stick your head in there and you will see 3 10 mm Nuts that hold the front bumper to the Fender and a little piece of the Frame(so to speak)
the top bolts you can see along the Hood seam.
the Rear of the Fender around the door area,go under the Car,at the edge of the underside and there are 2 10mm bolts.
the Inside door well there is one,and also inbetween the Fender and the Body,IF you move the fender a bit you will see that there is a metal tab that holds the fender to the Body, just INSIDE the fender's Biggest part of the "dogleg",just infront of the door but it is hidden.

Oops, forgot about the door bolt...

Make sure to use plenty of penetrating oil on the bumper bolts. If the car has seen salt, expect to break a few. Luckily the panel those studs are attachd to just clips to the bumper and is available at the dealer.

once all the bolts are off except that Tab bolt you can manipulate the Fender enough to get at the last 10mm bolt..Or Break the tab,or cut it with snips if that is easier. You don't really need that Tab anyhow.it is a little overkill on the Fender install!
