VA Foglights aren't working, blown fuse?

So I installed a FMIC this past weekend, did the rebat cutting and pipe configurating and got it all working. I wanted to retain my stock foglights so I mounted them close to where they were previously, but now they aren' working. Everything else electrical works, just not my foglights. so could it be a fuse? Help please.
