FMIC w/vmount radiator?
FMIC w/vmount radiator?
I have no idea how the FMIC sits on this car but I have an aftermarket 1.5inch thick radiator in what looks to be the stock vmount position, is it possible to keep it as is and run a FMIC?
Looking at the M-Spec Greddy Style fmic as my primary choice. Don't really want a smic either. Plan to go single in the future.

What Series of car we talking about here?
Try to get used to the fact that there are more series' of cars that what you possess so it needs s to be stated.

Sorry I keep forgetting. I came from an s2000 so I keep forgetting there are many rx7 series. All year s2000 bodies were pretty much all the same, kept it simple.
Its a 1994 FD, I'm not familiar with series yet but if I remember correctly that would be series 6?

yep series 6 is an FD.
If you just put 19** FD then you are fine.(state year).
It just makes it easier and faster to have people read and answer you,so really both sides Benefit from just mentioning the car series and year.
LOOK UP.. /\/\ top of this section..Big Sticky..!!..(heh,I knew you were coming!)

Check out ETS intercooler. They run a FMIC with the stock radiator position and a single turbo and see great cooling even with a stock bumper.
I can't remember right now what the end tanks of the Greddy IC look like but keep the inlet and outlet positions in mind with respect to piping. IIRC they are on the bottom which would make it very difficult to pipe them and keep the radiator in the stock location.
