Hey guys,
When buying my new FD, the seller said it was from the first shipment over from Japan. This isn't a big selling point for me so I mostly ignored it. While I understand anyone can say this, is there any way of actually verifying this? On the door panel, the manufacturing date is March '92, so it fits that it would be one of the first to make it to America. The VIN is: JM1FD3319P0204097 if that helps.

Not afaik. Mine was made in Feb '92. Maybe they were on the same boat. What difference does it make?
