FD3S IC BOV install

I am running stock turbos on my FD3S and I have a FMIC I want to install and also put a BOV inline with the IC piping. But I dont know how to block off the stock turbos BOV line and re-route everything through my BOV on my IC piping.

Im not sure but maybe you could cap off the stock bov nipple and run the line to your aftmarket bov.
maybe this would help

Technically neither is a BOV

Here read this link:
http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...leshooting.htm

One is a Air Bypass Valve and the other is a Charge Relief Valve. I get both confused w/o reading the info in the link. Some people replace one of them, and I believe that is the Charge Relief Valve, with an aftermarket part. Many people say that installing an aftermarket BOV is a waste of money as there is little to no improvement in performance. It does make more noise though.

That link came from the FAQ thead stickied int he 3rd gen section if you want to review it for other links and info on BOV and all other mods associated with the FD.

people use a rubber plug that can often be sourced from an auto parts store.
