NC FD wont start

ok guys so i while back, after getting gas the FD just decided not to start. no clicking no slow turning nothing. the dash lights all come on however my turbo timer comes on and then immediately shuts off. also i have been having a ongoing electrical prob when i press the brake my radio reboots as well if i leave the radio on it randomly turns on and off. (i figured loose wires) dont know if any of this is related but when she did start it was always very slow. i tried jumping both the clutch saftey switch and the starter interlock relay and got nothing!!! also the starter was tested by advance to be a good starter.
here are the specs on the car its a 93 running stock twins street ported and a AEM wideband and a Apexi PFC thanks for any input

Something could be grounding out somewhere and causing you problems, if the wires get hot enough it would cause you to blow the fuse in relation to those wires. Check your fuses and see if any are blown.

If the engine is turning, logically it only needs fuel and spark. If its not getting one or the other, or both. It wont start.

A generic factory service manual used by most shops and ase technicians. Mitchell is pretty good with their wire diagrams. ALLDATA is what I prefer for service intervals and tsb's
