Unplug the igniter.
Remove the two upper plugs.
Hold the throttle down to the floor and crank the engine for 10sec. Repeat. If you want to be extra safe, pour a tablespoon full of 2 stroke oil into each plug hole and repeat the cranking routine one more time.
Now install fresh plugs. Plug igniter back in and start the engine.
In the future, if the engine doesn't want to start right away, put the throttle down all the way. This helps prevent the ECU from continuing to inject fuel and flooding the engine. If you find your car likes to flood, don't start it cold and shut it down right away, like when you're moving it around in the driveway or something. Let it continue to run until it's well warmed before shutting it down.
