It seems that it happens when you lift the throttle. Correct?
It sounds like it's the blow-off valve from one of the turbos, but I'm not sure.
Better to wait from an answer from someone else.

I'm going to check the blowoff valve sometime today but i noticed when i was searching for the area where i heard the noise it sounded like it was coming from around the ACV? anyone know if that could be a possibility? possible vac leak?

ok so i replaced the whole acv system with my spare, and its still squealing.... i can still hear that its coming from that general area to. i notice when i drive it, itll make the noise around like 1.5k to 3k. sometimes itll come on at different rpms to but once you let off the gas it goes away.. anyone else have any ideas?

I guess the connector comes from the turbo or from the air box? If the noise goes away by just taking away the hose that goes to the air pump air entrance, than I believe the problem is before the air pump, and not the air pump itself.

well the noise goes away when i unhook the air pump from the electrical connector but is still spinning from the belt. since when the air pump is connected from the electrical it seems to make all the noise from the acv.. i remember i had to rewire the air pump wire since i had a jdm air pump would that be one of the problems? possibly wired the 2 wires on the opposite sides?

It could be, but I'm not sure.
I can't help you more than what I did. My knowledge about FD's is very limited and my car is a FC. Sorry.

I think it's better to wait for the answer of someone who knows about FD's.

Good luck.

Finally got it fixed, thought the whole time it was that little check valve inside the lower intake that the ACV attaches to since thats what i kept reading around. ended up not being that, so while i was at work i thought... were the screws on the air pump tubes on the LIM tightened down? sure enough i start the car up put my hand where they bolt down at, give it throttle and bam loads of air coming out >_<... so that fixed my problem.. man do i feel retarded haha thanks for the replys tho man, i needed all the help haha

Is the clutch for the air pump spinning when the electrical connector is unhooked? If it is then the belt is possibly too tight and forcing the bearing to one side causing it to engage the clutch, or maybe it needs some PB blaster inside the assembly to loosen up and stubborn parts.
