FD- power fc/thermowax querie

FD- power fc/thermowax querie
hey guys just wondering if anyone can tell me weather or not a power fc can control the cold start idle or will i have to hook my thermowax back up. sick of sitting on the gas to warm the car up. any imfo much appreciate
