FD idle issues
I have a 1993 FD. Car was flooded, so we did the deflood process, after that, had this idle problem and when driving after around 3 to 4k i lose all power. Replaced the O2 sensor, plugs, and oil after deflooding. Could the pre cat have disentegrated and stopped up the main cat? Here is a vid of idle, rev, and exhaust (still burning off oil from the deflood lol) when parked. Sorry in advance for noisy add coolant buzzer, replacing the radiator in the morning.

Hard to imagine there's still an FD out there with a pre-cat, but if your car has one, remove it for a decent downpipe ASAP. Yes, it can collapse and end up in your stock cat. No way to know if that's ultmately your problem, but it's definitely a place to start. Although your car appears to rev (without load) easily, if it plugs the main cat enough it can cost you an engine. The pre-cat was a POS add-on to placate emissions on cold-start. A good downpipe is equally a reliability mod and performance mod. I recommend purchasing a new gasket though... and they're kinda pricey. Use header wrap on the downpipe or have it heatcoated. Big difference in underhood temps and you should also notice a performance gain.
Check closely for any vacuum leaks that might affect idle.
As for the coolant buzzer, if the level is full, then check the wire leading back from the black sensor on the front of your thermostat housing. It's probably broken or unplugged.
What mods, if any, have been done? Are all the emissions still on the car?

More info: had to move it to let a friend out of the garage, cold start, moved from driveway to road, cut off. So it flooded. Was running perfectly fine before, we had to actively deflood, and now it is running like this. Hooked up boost gauge and unbolted exhaust in case cat was clogged, still bad idle and found out I am only pushing max of like 1 to 2 psi on high revs.

Also, I'm the 3rd owner of it. It has 80k miles. Old lady had it for most of its life, second owner sat it in his garage for 2 years, driving once a week. This thing is bone stock. Yes it has everything still on it. Time to change that. Haha.

Not sure how far from Pensacola, FL from you but if it is only a few hours I suggest you PM Dale Clark and see if he can work on the car for you. He is a very knowledgeable rotary owner. If the car is bone stock there are a ton of things that could be causing your symptoms.
