So about two weeks back I ran my car dry on payday but got the car to a gas station. Filled it back up and now it wont idle unless I have the throttle wedged open slightly. I think it might be the fuel filter but the car still pulls as hard as it did when I bought it so I don't really know whats up. Help please

 

i don't believe this is coincidence.

it would be worth your while to just go ahead and change the filters (both the main and the in-tank sock) and blow out your lines. your injectors may or may not need attention, too. i would say just go ahead and do it, but obviously, i can't speak for YOUR wallet.
