fc short, or bad relay? no lights at all except headlights please help-!!!!!

u do not need to remove the wheel, the cluster surround is the only thing that needs to be removed, its the black mounding around the actual cluster. the switches are mounted on it. super simple procedure. u only need a Philips screwdriver thats all

Check for two white wires with a green stripe near the fuse box, these two wires should merge into one, mine got disconnected, as a result, no tail lights, no stop lights and no cluster lights until that wire was hooked back up.

Nice! thata soujds possible maybe the wires burned when ythe fuse didnt burn out, because i checked my headlight switch and harness and theres no burn marks or charrred anything im gonna look at this right away thanks for the help this makes sense
