FC RX7 speedometer and odometer not working
hello,
i bought this car about a month ago and finally got to drive it today. i noticed that my speedometer and odometer were not working and after a while of driving it started to get this beeping noise. so i looked up the beeping code and apparently i have a bad speed sensor. would this be the problem and how would i go about fixing it?
thanks in advance.

the speedo is cable driven so there is NO fuse for the Gauge itself.
I'd be checking the back of the cluster and where the cable meets the transmission.

Thanks mate yip it had come off behind the cluster , tight squeeze in behind there but I got it on and it ALLGOOD , thank u so much misterstyx69, No all I need to do is figure out why when I put foot on throttle over 2500-3000 rpm it starts lagging out ! Starts awesome , idles well maybe sometimes a wee surge , u build it up to drive ok in 4th on primaries but when u kick secondaries in it retards out drops right off , so frustrating MAYBE U HAVE SOME IDEAS misterstyx69, new fuel filter , new plugs cos when I cleaned them I put them back in car and it when's mean aZ AGAIN then back to **** , so I brought new plugs but it didn't help , I'm gona get new leads next lol THANKS MATE
