FC Oil Pressure Sender Location???

FC Oil Pressure Sender Location???

I can't seem to locate the Oil Pressure sensor or sending unit.....where is it hiding? My oil pressure gauge doesn't move when I start the car

It's the large round thing to the right of and below the dipstick (if looking at the engine from the drivers fender). Single spade connector.

Just put your hand on your oil filter and follow it down, you eventually feel whats about the size of a tennis ball, thats your sender

Honestly it looks like a small metallic boob with the nipple being where the wire hooks up

I found it. Got the gauge connected and I do in fact have oil pressure. What's ideal pressure for the FC? At operating temperature I'm sitting around 40psi. And thanks for the help

Scratch that. At 800Rpm I'm sitting at 20psi

20 at idle and up to 80 full throttle is ok.

check the FSM, can be found at foxed.ca. oil pressure is measured around 3k+ rpm. i think stock pressure is around 60 psi @ 3k.
