FC fan noise and smell of fume. HELP!!!

I'll tell you exactly how my car is. Does anyone know the answers?
1988 FC vert, Manual, 257,000 miles
Please tell me what I should do with each case. I greatly appreciate it.

1) In the morning, when I start the car, there is white smoke. When I start driving the car, it stops.

2) I suspect it's fan noise, or it's coming from near fan. As the RPM goes up, so does the fan noise. It is quite noisy.

3) If I drive the car, it starts to heat up very slowly, and it gets warm/hot near the dash and gear.

4) I smell a lot of fume or smog.

5) How much it'll cost me to make it Turbo, and where I can get it from. Will swapping the engine fix some of the above problems?

1. Probably just condensation.

2. Stuck clutch fan. With the car OFF and cold, you should be able to rotate the fan with your fingers while feeling only a slight drag. If it's stiff, replace the fan clutch.

3. Give the car a bit of a tuneup. It's probably running poorly because it was neglected.

4. See the 2nd gen FAQ sticky.
