F1 exhaust

Hi does anyone kno if you can get that f1 sound for n rx7 cos all the exhaust i see n hear sound too light want a real grunt from my car?

You need low displacement and at least 17,000 rpm to get that sound...I don't see it happening with any rotary you could drive on the street...

Peripheral port engine and a wide open exhaust.

Or a 20B.

ok nice1 guys thanks, just liked the sound of the rx7 in tokyo drift sounds mean like n f1, thought it might be possible on a normal wage lol cheers

you do realize in that movie alot of the car sounds are faked dont belive me watch the making of it ect youll see. heck watch the movie at different points the exhaust sound changes for.

and the motor in the wide body fd was basically stock, there was a thread about that motor.

i cant remember if it was this site or rx8club site but some one asked the same question how to get the f1 bark. the simple answer high high revs and a rotating assembly thats super light, the motors rpms need to be able to go from 17k to idle super fast to get that sound.

you blown my dreams away cheers mate lol, fair enough, i bought an apexi n1 exhaust on the weekend so i got something atleast, i need an apexi ecu does anyone kno where to get a cheap 1
