Hey guys.

I'm looking to replace the original exhaust on my '85 S (stock 12a) and am looking at the racing beat "Exhaust system" and "Street Port" system. Without having a ported engine, what sort of benefit would the street port system have over the 'normal' collected one? Is there a noticeable power improvement (more than 2-3HP) or any sort of downside to the street port system (other than about $250)?

on stock ports, probably the only difference may be the noise level between the two. the uncollected might be slightly louder, or just sound different than collected one.
