euro spec to american

i cant find any useful information on this ... im wanting to buy a 3rd gen rx7 in germany next year, but the following year ill be moving back to the states, can anyone tell me what is needed to convert a euro spec rx7 to american ?

from what I read emissions if difficult that way unless its 25 years or older.

Typically it's more of a mess than your likely willing to pay for or do. Honestly find yourself a US spec there are a few of us out here with them, I'm very new to germany and I'm shipping my fd out here later hopefully will be here in 2-3 months.

For the right price is sell anything. But I just sank over 30k in new parts into this car so you can imagine the kind of price I'd ask.

Not to mention that true euro spec FD's are getting rarer and rarer. Not to mention expensive compared to US prices.
But, there is a couple of USDM imports as well, I'd try and source out one of those instead.
