Engine model number location
the engine serial number is stamped on the front iron just in front of the lift hook mount, but it is useless to any of us.
the engine model number isn't stamped on the engine, just the generic 10a, 12a, 13b and 20b on the rotor housings. the older irons had their port definitions style stamped onto the front of the front iron.
