When you have some more posts, you can post "Want to Buy" ads in the classifieds section of this forum. You can also just search through parts that are for sale.
As far as rebuilds or rebuild kits, places like Atkins Rotary, Rotary Aviation, Pineapple Racing and Rotary Resurrection come to mind. There are also many smaller shops, including some that may be more local to you.

+1 for Pineapple. Rob is a champ and can help with just about anything you may need. Also try FD3S Engineering. Still up in the Portland area, and I've hear good things and plan on taking my 3rd gen over to get some body issues looked at soon.
