Exclamation engin runs on one rotor at idol i thnk?

Iv had car for 6 year and always ran funny and had to mess with it all the time. 3 weeks ago the engine started idoln high and speratic then started to seem like it was idoling on one rotor but seems normal after 2000 2500 rpms and still had power. but i stopd driven car and lookd into what could be up with it. and i found out that some one that ownd the car b4 me had put the wrong impedecne injectors in by grinding off the noch on the injector to make it fit my harness. so i got the right injectors but the car still dose the same thing at idol but runs even better than b4, with the right injectors past 2000 25000 rpms but now its starting to shut off on me when i get on it , idk if its just the old problem getting wors or what. and when i shut it off the other nit and tried starting it , it just wouldnt so i had to pop start it and ther must have been alot of fuel in ther cuz when it started ther was a big bang and im not lien when i say it blew a hole on the muffler. so i deffinatly need some help with this.its gota be somethn stupid if it runs fine after 2500 rpm, any ideaz

Do a Compression test on the engine,,just to see wtf is going on inside.
Your injectors?.I would be looking at what the car is supposed to have.Some FC s4's changed the Injector Impedance on them Half way through the year.
See if you have a Resistor pack on the wiring harness( that is located on the front passenger side strut tower,under the Air box.) it is a small silver boxed up thingie with a Big six pin connector.
If there is no resistor pack there,at all. and the car's harness is untouched.The injectors should be HI impedance.(if the box is there and hooked up,the injectors should be LO impedance)
LO impedance injectors are used in Conjunction with a resistor pack to make the ECU see HI.(all the Ecu's are supposed to SEE HI impedance.).
HI is about 13-15 ohms
LO impedance injectors are about 3.4-5 ohms...Plus the Resistors in the Pack at approx 6 ohms.
That makes to be Roughly 10 or so..(what the Ecu can interpret as HI.)
...........
If the Injectors are mismatched then Ya,you could be getting fuel to one rotor correctly but not the other one that has the "mismatched injector"..(The computer would be going "WTF is that"?..getting confused due to mismatched impedances so it dumps fuel in a "mismatched Sort of way")
all Injectors should be the same Impedance..whether they be primary or secondary.
