What are common electrical issues with 88 fc's? And what are odd ball electrical issues? Looking to purchas my first fc

Odd ball electrical issues are not found yet..after that they are common!!
The Common issues are in the wipers switch,Idiot cluster,some bad grounds due to corrosion....and in cars that are owned by People with NO knowledge of car wiring.

What happens to wiper switch? My wipers try to work but they just "twitch" when I turn them on?
